27th April - 17:30 - Ponta Delgada City Tour (by foot) and "Viola da Terra" concert (traditional Azorean Instrument) - Teatro Micaelense - 10€ (Payment at desk)

28th April - 20:00 - Conference Dinner, Azores 9 Islands 9 Flavors - "Portas do Mar" Hall - 50€ (Payment done together with registration)

29th April - 14:00 - Azores Experience (Excursion "Sete Cidades) or Whale Watching) - Prices listed bellow and reservation at the link bellow.

EXCURSIONS - EXTRA PROGRAMME

Half Day "Sete Cidades" with lunch - 15€ (price per person)

Visit to pineapple plantation, observing the various stages of growth, and tasting of its delicious liquor, Pico do Carvão, Vista do Rei (view over Lagoa das Sete Cidades), Lagoa do Santiago, Sete Cidades parish, and Mosteiros. Return to Ponta Delgada.

Whale Watching - 55€ (price per person)

Brief description: In the Azores we have the opportunity to observe about 24 species of cetaceans throughout the year. The activity is performed by a professional team of skippers, lookouts and biologists. Before heading out to sea, a briefing is held on Cetacean sighting methods, safety rules and code of ethics of Whale Watching in the Azores.
Includes: Presentation of the activity, semi-rigid boats for 12-18 people and boats hard for 25 or 36 people with WC, lifejacket (mandatory use), waterproof jacket, accompanied by certified monitors the Picos de Aventura and Insurance (Accident personal and Liability Act).
Minimum 4 participants | Maximum 12 participants
